Our exposure to both equity and debt capital gives us the unique ability to evaluate each deal holistically, working with developers and investors to create a solution optimal and accretive to all parties.

our markets

We concentrate on transitional real estate situations – land acquisitions (with or without entitlements), ground-up construction, and repositioning of existing commercial and residential properties.

As an owner and landlord in his own right, Maxim understands firsthand the process developers undergo to take projects from drawing board to completion.

His passion and commitment make him a reliable partner and resource to developers of all sizes and stages.

We are committed to forming successful partnerships for those who entrust their resources with our clients.

While earning a healthy return on investment is important, FULL return of investment is paramount.
— Maxim Shapiro

Our finesse in building relationships, negotiating and structuring transactions has resulted in $1 billion+ and 15+ million sq ft of real estate transactions across all property types.
